Gavin and his team have done a lot of work for us over the last year -2 bathrooms, extension, underfloor heating, new kitchen, utility and downstairs wc. Gavin is remarkable for getting the right trades at the right time, along with his own excellent workforce of Sean, Huy and Scott. Everyone has been charming, polite, clean and have respected our wishes for minimal noise. Each part of the project has been completed within the expected time scale, and Gavin has been personally on site whenever needed. I cannot fault this company and Woodfirm Interiors are the best builders we have used.

We have Just had our bathroom completely renovated and transformed by Woodfirm Interiors and cannot praise and thank Gavin and his team enough. From planning to completion we were confident with Gavin's advice and suggestions. His excellent team of workers were all punctual, polite, tidy, sympathetic and respectful to our home and extremely efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and Sean is a great asset to the company. Sean & Henry had 2 days of knocking down walls but at the end of each day left us neat and tidy with minimal mess. They went above and beyond some days with their advice and Gavin always kept a keen eye on progress. Rubbish was cleared daily. The whole team are approachable and any queries we had were dealt with immediately. They have done a fantastic job and we have no hesitation in recommending Gavin Lawrence (Woodfirm Interiors Ltd) and are looking forward to meeting them again for our next project."

They were all very professional whilst on site being mindful of the fact that we continued to occupy the property throughout the works. They did an extremely good job, only delayed by the delivery of the new windows, an issue that was completely out of their control. Gavin kept us fully informed during this time and did everything he could to ensure it was resolved as quickly as possible. We were so pleased with the work we engaged Woodfirm Interiors for a second time to completely reconfigure and refurbish our kitchen. Again the job was completed within the estimated time and we have no complaints. After a third minor job Woodfirm is now our go to company. Gavin and his team are all pleasant, reliable and trustworthy. Great work guys."

"After contacting Gavin, I sent him a picture of the work that needed to be done then after a couple of days, I received a quote by email. I felt it was a competitively priced quote so went ahead with my booking. Shaun turned up today on time, polite and friendly and got on with the work straight away. Once completed, the bathroom looks brand new and I am very confidant that this will stay this way for a long time as Shaun showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, he made us feel confident all the way through the build and was always on hand to answer questions as we went along. Gavin and all of the tradespeople that were used to complete the build were respectful and pleasant to have in our home. We were pleased with how the site was left at the end of each day, it was always tidied as much as possible, and we were kept well informed of what was happening next and when we could expect deliveries etc. Gavin completed a rear single story extension, a complete new kitchen including making units to fit around pipes and existing boxing, and adjusting a floor level, fitted new laminate flooring, and carried out plumbing work. "When we sprung a leak in the kitchen, Gavin was quick to follow up on my initial call and came round promptly to assess the damage. They carried out extensive work, replacing lead pipework in a tricky to get to place which required de-installing a bathroom suite and then re-installing and fitting new tiles. They also made good afterwards to a high standard with the quality of the finish checked by Gavin. Gavin and his team were professional at all times and worked extremely hard to fix our problem. Highly recommended - thank you guys!"

"Gavin came within the hour of calling. Done his best to make right what was wrong with with my nans toilet/drains (bad blockage!) although done as much as he could he had to be honest and advised us who else to call to come out and help. No charge was given to us for this even though he stayed hour or so to try fix it really appreciated and will certainly call back out as other work needs doing which he is able to do once we sort out the first problem.
